Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their accounting department. Responsibilities for AP Clerk:
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- The AP Clerk will utilize Skyline accounting software for AP processes.
- Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
- Handle high-volume transactions efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- The AP Clerk will process online payments for utilities.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and distributions to owners.
- Maintain organized filing of invoices and financial statements.
Qualifications for AP Clerk:
- Associate's degree in accounting or proven accounts payable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- At least two years of accounts payable experience is ideal.
- Real estate management experience is a plus but not required.
